Wonderful personality. My only drawback I’m a first time homebuyer and I did not have representation. Leo was the realtor for the seller, due to that I felt like I lost my voice to negotiate. For example the seller left a few large messes in the yard and under the home. This cost me a lot of time and money to clean up. I also felt like I was deceived about the central air (it seems like they used a window unit to cool down the home and played it to be the central air. The air did not work since the day I moved in) Also very costly. Not necessarily Leo’s fault. Just a cautionary for first time buyers without representation, as I feel like a lot of this could have been avoided if I had my own realtor. Expensive lesson learned.
