Leo was easy to get in touch with, if he didn’t answer the phone, he would call back within minutes. He was very knowledgeable and guided me through the loan process and the HOA process. Wonderful personality. My only drawback I’m a first time homebuyer and I did not have representation. Leo was the realtor for the seller, due to that I felt like I lost my voice to negotiate. For example the seller left a few large messes in the yard and under the home. This cost me a lot of time and money to clean up. I also felt like I was deceived about the central air (it seems like they used a window unit to cool down the home and played it to be the central air. The air did not work since the day I moved in) Also very costly. Not necessarily Leo’s fault. Just a cautionary for first time buyers without representation, as I feel like a lot of this could have been avoided if I had my own realtor. Expensive lesson learned.
